Learn stop,drop, and roll- Students will watch the video and than practice stop, drop, and roll in the gym. They will run around the gym and when the teacher yells FIRE!!! Everyone will stop running, drop to the ground, and start rolling around to put out the pretend fire.

Fire Station-We will read 'Corduroy Goes to Fire Station,' and tour a local fire station learning about the procedures.

Fire Drill- Go through fire drill at school and also at home.

Scavenger Hunt- Go through school and point out fire hazards (plug ins, candles, stuff by windows,etc.)

Word Search- Go through word search finding words related to fire safety.
